Privacy policy.

§01

Who we are

This site is operated by DefenseMed Innovations, Inc., a Delaware C-corporation. This policy covers data collected on armyhealth.org and through email channels we publish here. It does not cover any data processed inside the AHS-UA1 platform itself — that is governed by separate agreements with deployment partners.
§02

What we collect

  • Server access logs (IP, user-agent, referrer, request path, timestamp) retained for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
  • Anonymous, aggregated analytics (page views, referrers, country-level location, device class) collected via a privacy-respecting analytics provider. No cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers.
  • Information you provide voluntarily when emailing one of our published inboxes — your name, email address, organization, and the content of your message.
§03

What we don't collect

We do not place advertising cookies, fingerprint visitors, sell data to third parties, or run any third-party tracker beyond the analytics provider described above.
§04

How long we keep it

Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. Aggregated analytics are retained for up to 24 months. Email correspondence is retained for the duration of any active engagement plus standard records-retention periods under applicable law.
§05

Your rights

You may request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send requests to privacy@armyhealth.org. We respond within 30 days.
§06

Changes

When we update this policy we publish the change date at the top. Material changes are also reflected in the changelog at the foot of this page once a changelog exists.
