What hardware does AHS-UA1 run on?

Combat medics and aid-station personnel use a standard smartphone or tablet (iOS or Android). Stabilization-point physicians use the same mobile interface plus a tablet/web admin view. Brigade- and command-level reporting runs in a browser. No ruggedized hardware is required — the platform is hardware-agnostic and works on devices already in service.

Does it work offline when communications drop?

Yes. The medic-facing app captures the casualty record locally on the device and queues it for sync. As soon as a secure channel is available — line-of-sight to a base station, mesh radio gateway, satellite link, or LTE/5G — the record transmits to the next link in the chain. No connection at the point of injury still means a recorded casualty.

What security certifications does the platform hold?

Hosting infrastructure is certified to ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security Management) and ISO/IEC 27701 (Privacy Information Management). The Ukrainian data center deployment is additionally KSZI-certified (Комплексна Система Захисту Інформації — Ukraine's classified-information protection standard) and KSZI Cloud-Management certified. The underlying DeHealth platform is GDPR-, HIPAA-, and UK Data Protection Act-compliant.

How is patient data encrypted and stored?

AES-256 for data at rest and in transit, end-to-end. Medical records are stored on a decentralized network and depersonalized to the user's unique encrypted ID — the patient ID is the only identifier the system needs to operate, and it's not bound to legible personal data without authorized decryption. Role-based access control (RBAC) plus biometric verification gates every read.

Primary hosting is in Tier 3+ data centers inside Ukraine, in shielded modules with full military compliance. Critical data is duplicated to highly protected European data centers for emergency recovery. None of the deployment surface uses systems of Russian origin. Data residency for non-Ukraine deployments is configurable to align with the receiving country's sovereignty requirements.
